Daily Responsibilities for Director of Nursing:
<ul>
	<li>Supervises and evaluates patient care delivery</li>
	<li>Implements management systems, facility policies, and procedures</li>
	<li>Coordinates Nursing Service activities with facility administration, community agencies, physicians, families, consultants, and ancillary service personnel</li>
	<li>Ensures nursing service compliance with federal, state, and local regulations</li>
	<li>Assumes 24-hour responsibility for assigned sections</li>
	<li>Undertakes additional departmental duties as required</li>
	<li>Shift: Monday to Friday</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications for Director of Nursing: 

<ul>
	<li>Bachelors Degree in Nursing </li>
	<li>RN License in NC</li>
	<li>Minimum 2 years of nursing experience</li>
	<li>Minimum 1 year of Supervisory experience (Manager, Supervisor, Coordinator)</li>
