Leads inpatient program team to meet hospital California Department of Public Health (CDPH) requirement (section 70643). In addition, provides lead role functions collecting and analyzing workflow/process performance data, recommending solutions that improve performance, coordinating continuing education and student programs, providing staff performance appraisal input, providing management coverage as requested and addresses other assigned organizational priorities. Leads scheduling and staffing efforts for the SLP service line at Summit.
