  • Must have active state license
  • BC required
  • Days, 12-hour shifts
  • NRP needed and provider must have 5 yrs of current level IV experience
  • Up to 15 patients per day
  • LP, intubation, chest tubes, PICC/UAC lines, vent management, resuscitation, no ECMO or deliveries
  • Credentialing needed
  • DEA needed
